Atlantic Lithium Limited says it is finalising a programme of activities focused on the socio-economic development of communities affected by its Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana’s Central Region.

The update is contained in its quarterly activities report for the period ended 31 March 2026, following parliamentary ratification of the Mining Lease on 19 March 2026.

The programme is expected to include employment and training opportunities—particularly for young adults—as well as infrastructure initiatives covering water access, healthcare, and support for local schools.

The Ewoyaa project is expected to play a key role in Ghana’s mineral diversification strategy, expanding beyond gold into critical minerals and positioning the country within the global electric vehicle and renewable energy value chains

About Atlantic Lithium

Atlantic Lithium is an AIM, ASX and GSE-listed lithium company advancing its flagship Ewoyaa Lithium Project, a spodumene pegmatite discovery in Ghana, towards production to become the country’s first lithium-producing mine.

The Project was awarded a Mining Lease in October 2023, which was approved by the Parliament of Ghana in March 2026. It also received an Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) Permit in September 2024 and a Mine Operating Permit in October 2024. The Project is being developed under an earn-in agreement with Elevra Lithium Limited.

The Company published a Definitive Feasibility Study for the Project in July 2023.

Atlantic Lithium also holds a portfolio of lithium projects covering 509km² in Ghana and 771km² in Côte d’Ivoire under granted and application-stage tenure, comprising under-explored, highly prospective licences.
