PETROSOL Platinum Energy PLC has outlined plans to raise long-term capital through the Ghana Stock Exchange as it seeks to expand its operations in Ghana’s oil marketing and renewable energy sectors.
The company disclosed the plans during an engagement with the Ghana Investment Promotion Authority (GIPA), led by its Chief Executive Officer, Simon Madjie, to discuss PETROSOL’s contribution to Ghana’s economy, growth plans and investment opportunities.
PETROSOL said the proposed capital-raising strategy is intended to support sustainable expansion and strengthen its position as a resilient Ghanaian energy company.

Established in 2006 as a petroleum business consultancy, PETROSOL has since expanded into a broader energy company with more than 100 fuel stations and a renewable energy subsidiary.
The company said it remains committed to providing reliable energy solutions, creating sustainable employment, maintaining tax and regulatory compliance, and adhering to international standards, including its triple ISO certification.
During the engagement, Mr. Madjie commended PETROSOL for its resilience, governance, compliance and commitment to industry best practices.

Discussions also focused on how GIPA could support PETROSOL through investment facilitation, strategic partnerships, international linkages and connections with relevant government institutions.
PETROSOL said it looks forward to deepening its partnership with GIPA as it pursues sustainable growth, value creation and its ambition to compete across regional and global markets.
